LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Explaining the need for an interdisciplinary approach to the SDL teaching and learning in specific age groups.
  2. Learning about different forms of age discrimination and debate the benefits of full empowerment of all age groups.
  3. Analyzing different forms of education (formal, non-formal, informal) for achieving sustainable development goals during the life-long learning

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

  1. Learn about difference among multidisciplinary, interdisciplinarity.
  2. Correctly identify key disciplinary topics related to SDGs.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of interdisciplinary approach to SDL.
  4. Know how to ensure that the SDGs are met for all segments of society, at all ages.
  5. Become the agents for reducing the age discrimination, particularly towards women and older people, related to access to education, health system, economic resources, quality food, etc.
  6. Promote gender equality and empower all women.
  7. Understand the importance of education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.
  8. Accept the formal, non-formal, and informal learning as the main drivers of sustainable development and in achieving the UN SDGs.
